How do I reserve a unit?

Reserve a unit online or at your local facility.

How do I determine which unit size to rent?

Use our online storage calculator or contact your facility to speak with a professional. Have an idea of the items that you intend to store to ensure a more accurate estimation. *All sizes are approximate.

What documentation do I need to reserve a unit?

All you need is a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport. If your facility offers parking storage and you’re in need of a space, you must have up to date registration and insurance.

Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies?

Purchase boxes, tape, bubble wrap, locks, mattresses, and furniture covers, and much more at a competitive price.

What holidays are you closed?

We are closed for New Years Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Easter Sunday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Am I required to store long-term?

We never require our tenants to store long-term. Store with us short or long-term when you sign a month-to-month lease. No commitments or contracts.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also stop by the office to pay your storage bill in-person during business hours.

Are the facilities safe and secure?

All of our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security features including 24-hour video monitoring using high-definition cameras along with electronic gate entry, and perimeter fencing.

What forms of payment does Pouch accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express! I Ask about the Pouch credit card auto-pay program when you sign up for a new unit.

What size storage space does Pouch have & how much do they cost?

Pouch has a wide variety of storage unit sizes allowing me to rent only the space I need. Unit sizes and prices vary by location. By contacting my Pouch Self Storage counselor now I will be able to understand my options.

Does Pouch offer me a mover?

Pouch will provide me with FREE use of their moving truck on move-in. Call my Pouch Self Storage professional at a facility near me for details. Pouch will also recommend local reliable movers when I have that need.

Does Pouch sell Packing Materials, Moving Supplies, & Locks?

Yes, Pouch sells boxes, moving supplies and locks. Pouch will deliver them to me free of charge, plus take back unused items. Pouch provides me with a lock and keeps the key in their storage facility office. I may install a 2nd security lock if desired.

When can I get to my belongings?

Pouch access hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday & Sunday from 8am to 6pm. Closed major holidays, check with facility for details.

How much notice must be given to move out?

Pouch requires 10 days written notice to move out, storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis with anniversary billing dates.

Do you offer Jumbo Storage Units?

Our Pouch Self Storage - Edinger Center located in Santa Ana CA is pleased to offer a variety of jumbo oversized industrial storage units to serve both your business and personal storage needs. Pouch jumbo-sized units are ideal for light workshop use, storing that extra business inventory and personal storage.
